The Studio
With it’s own separate entrance, our annexed accommodation offers a spacious 1st floor studio flat adjacent to our home. Ideal for two people. We are very near to local amenities and within easy walking distance of Lymington with it’s high street shopping and restaurants as well as Lymington Marina and harbour surrounded by the beauty of the New Forest National Park.
Breakfast
A lovely continental style breakfast is stocked in the fridge each day for you to enjoy at your own leisure. Breakfast includes bread, croissants, butter & jams, cereals, yoghurts and fresh milk.
Facilities
The open plan lounge and bedroom area where you can choose from a 6 ft king size double bed or twin single beds. Please specify when booking if you prefer a double or twin single beds.
The studio also has a small dining table and a comfortable seating area with flat screen LCD television, freeview and DVD player with surround sound.
A small kitchenette area with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave.
A separate shower room with electric shower, sink and W.C.
All bedding, towels and toiletries are provided.
